Scouring the forum, all I have found is that the Pyramid will not send or receive Midi Time Code. Has this changed, or has anyone suggested its implementation to the Squarp Dieties?

It should, I use my Yamaha mc10 to transmit tape sync. Should be the same right?
It has not changed.
Your YMC10 converts MIDI clock messages to FSK tape sync signals.
MIDI Time Code is a different protocol: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MIDI_timecode
