Midi 1U connection difficulties

I can’t for the life of me get Hapax to talk to the intellijel midi 1U. Can anyone walk me through this?

I’m using midi output C to go into the midi input on the back of my 7U intelligent case.

I have the C output set to only clock.

I have the DIN SYNC set to 1/16 as well as the Global/ Transport on the 1U. What am I doing wrong?

I’m using a Midi 1U setup without any issues. Also have a couple of CVx expanders. I was having a problem with the 1U crashing but it was fixed with a firmware update. Intellijel’s 1.2.2 firmware was causing problems. They created a 1.2.3 for me which fixed it.
