Hey there - Brand new Hermod owner and very psyched. Unfortunately, having plugged in the module, done a firmware update, and examined the manual/menus looking for a way to turn it “on”, my back light appears to not be functioning. Has anyone had issues with this or is there some secret combo of buttons I haven’t pressed yet?
I purchased new from a trustworthy Modular shop, and am hoping its not a manufacturing defect.
