Hapax chord follow vs Oxi one harmonizer

Hi there

does any one have any experience between these two and the way they deal with harmonizing.

i understand the Hapax does not harmonize octaves? but oxi does

does that mean (on the hapax) - say you have a chord sequence / transpose track and (for example) a bassline is following the chords on another track ,

if you transpose the chords up / down an octave up on the transpose track , the bass line will still harmonise but wont change octave range as the chords do - stay where it is but still harmonizing the notes?

im was going to buy the OXI (one point was the harmonizer ) but i’m keen to go the Hapax route - even though more expensive. - if its what i explained above , that’s fine with me .

just hard to tell watching vids online
