greetings, a newbie here. wondering, is there a way to make an FX chain template so that I can quickly apply it to a new track or must i always rebuild a new FX chain for every new track i make (surely not!)
1 - On a Bank and Track that you are not using, put in the FX chain you want.
2 - In Track Mode, [2nd]+[Copy] then [2nd]+[Paste] to a New Track to build it up
I assume most of us have template projects that have our oft used FX chains coordinated with Track and Port destinations . Once you decide on how you want this to happen, making template projects is IMO the best way to accomplish these types of tasks. YMMV
