Fx are exclusive for recording / playing?

Hi! new hapax owner here :slight_smile:

Can I use the fx on a playing clip? Sometimes in Ableton I just put one note on the midi clip and start applying midi fx to that note.

Seems on the Hapax you can only apply fx live? Can you not apply them on a midi track that has midi notes already?
