Desperately need support for malfunctioning Hermod

My Hermod buttons are not responding as expected. Some work only after repeated pushing, others don’t work at all. I’ve filled out the Squarp contact form twice in 3 weeks now (February) and nobody has responded! I bought this unit new and would appreciate some respect and support as a customer. Support - read my contact form info! I even added a video link illustrating the problem. This is frustrating and irritating to say the least!
