With the recent release of PyraOS 4.02, Squarp demonstrates once again how a truly great audio hardware company should behave. Keeping the Pyramid at the head of the pack thanks to numerous, significant firmware updates, adding new features, boosting performance, FIXING BUGS.
I can think of several companies, from huge corporations to boutique, who don’t show that level of care for their customers and product improvement. I’ll only mention Polyend, whose Seq lacks at least one essential basic feature, is not truly USB compliant, can get dysfunctional after a while, and was updated only twice in the two years following its release. After that, customer support replied rather boorishly something along the line of “we’re working on something else, and that’s it”.
Thank you Squarp !
