it just show you that you can download the beta of 3.0… Now at its 2.995 level, so almost a 3.0
Is gonna be pretty much the same as now, but with bugs fixed. No big revolution so far.
****> ## MARK****_
I was at least hoping to can now scroll with the main encoder the SEQ DISP page where the 64 tracks shows mute/unmute states … but no, absolutely not. You can only see what you can already know ( and see already in the pads) wow So , you see the 64 tracks of your sequence but you can’t scroll the DISP page ( while running the sequencer ) of all the other 32 seqs, preview the muted/unmuted tracks ) , to can play perfect. … ok … wel …
> ## NEW MARK
_ Playing day by day I also encountered the need to put in absent state a Track that for the current sequence I have choose to don’t put a pattern in, while other patterns are lying ready for other sequences. This would fast the work so much better cause we would be able to understand, without no effort, if we have choosen to put any “progression” pad of a certain Track for the selected sequence. BUt most of time we have just to remember or try out… and this slow the perform drastically …
To put a non-pattern is very useful cause like that we fixed that for that pattern no more sounds are allowed.
NOW, this half light state is not clear if we think that way ( even when patterns are not slected for that sequence it will keep being in half light like a pattern is there ) will put us in hurry to check if we have choose to put a pattern or not… MOst of times , I find my self telling “fuck , I waited 32 bars and no sound. Let’s check: ouh, but here there was no pattern selected at all .” ( result=sadness) …
Unfortunately this happens also with deleted tracks. Why they keep being lighted???
