Here are the Mono Station CC Def’s.
-Since some of them involve a range of 0-255, I only included a couple with their respective 0-127, 128-255 as two separate CC’s (Filter Freq 1/2 and LFO Rate 1/2) Just figured those are too important to ignore.
-I also didn’t bother with all the modulation matrix routing. Too confusing IMHO. Much easier to set directly on the Mono Station itself.

It’s more exhaustive but not as clear as yours.
by the way the 2 CC that you use for the 8 bit messages are not working as 0-127 and 128-255. Actually the main CC ranges from 0-127 and the second cc takes 2 values i.e. 0 and 64. So its not so useful to have them anyway. Best solution is through a translator like bome MT.
