I have a question about trigger clock output which I use now from ENV out to my Korg SQ-10 and I can set speed inside pyramid preference…so:
Is possible to program step by step a different pattern of clock triggers for avance my sequencer in a different way?
I use before this trick with my 808 trig out before but have a bit of latency so I switch to Pyramid clock which is very stable.
Let me know if is possible…
+1 I asked for this in a recent feature request too.
You can’t use the ENV output, but you can use the GATE output to program a pattern
Where I can write the steps?
For use as a Gate I can’t set on ENV, there is no option to choose
Indeed, you have to use the GATE output, not the ENV output.
For sure…but I like to use the ENV as GATE and be able to write the triggers as step in the Master Track
I use the DIN Sync option and send it out the ENV output to clock a couple of loopers.
For a programable clock I would use the Gate output so that I could adjust the clock to change the patterns or timing in real time on a track. Fun!
Yes, I use like this as well and have no problem, it’s only another type of use…
My Gate output is used for drive my MS-20
Hmm, have you succeded in using CV and Gate outs from Pyramid to control the MS-20? Have you used any attenuator maybe?
Yes I use every day since I buy it …and without attenuator.
Have you set the right H/oct etc??
Yes! It finally worked! I don’t know what have I done, but I suppose I was stupid enough not to set the channel to use CV in Pyramid. I was on the verge of buying an attenuator, thank you for the response!
